(1) there is ammo available on line all over the place.
You do have to put out a modicum of effort to get it though. I've bought several thousand rounds since the first of the year. Of course, I've shot several thousand rounds since the first of the year.
(2) These kinds of questions are generally asked by people whose shooting skills aren't nearly as good as they think they are. Where do I send the flowers when you botch the shot and the perp kills you and the hostage both?
