Thank you on both counts. I am new to the modern gun models. My experience was in the pre 1898 Civil War models. Colts and Smith & Wesson. Also thank you for the good information. The 64 shoots great with the 38 special but as a side arm for hunting I thought the +p might be a better option or move up to a 357 model 66 or similar.
