Many cartridge collectors (like me) will have some, and I am sure you can find some on Gun Broker, etc. But shipping cost is sort of a killer, must go UPS. Not terribly unusual to find some at any decent medium to large gun show where there are often some antique ammo vendors. Back before WWII, there were also various rifles made which were chambered in .32 RF, I even had one, a Stevens single shot.
