Stuff can happen Mike, but it has not happened to me yet. If I were worried about breaking something all the time, things would get quite boring around here. I was lucky in ordering 2 cases of 32 rimfire just before they quit making the Navy Arms stuff. I am down to 8 boxes, so am now metering my shooting. In addition to my tip-ups, I like shooting an old 32 rimfire rolling block.
BTW - 32 rimfire is getting quite pricey now, You are right on the price - now going for $3 a round!
