g-mac, this gun is in the box with original buyers receipt where he purchased this revolver in Amarillo texas in march 1997 for 408 dollars and some change. that is all the info I have, as to whether it had rubber or wood originally, I am not qualified to make that call as I have only seen one and this is it.
