Yes. A so-called "one liner!" These are sort of a grail gun for many of us. I had one once, but sold it to a local guy that I know. One of the best-shooting .22 revolvers I've ever owned or shot. I'm not at all surprised that your boys like it.

I did notice that someone has swapped one of the sideplate screws. The flat head screw just behind the trigger should be in the rearmost position, under the top of the grip panel. I'll bet if you take off the stocks, you'll find a round head screw in that position. Those two should be switched around. (It is possible that I'm not seeing it correctly in your pictures, but it looks flat to me. If it has a round head, it is in the correct place.)
