Yes I spoke with S&W. They said I could send it in and they can probably figure something out. I suggested a 686 Plus cylinder, yoke, extractor, and ejector rod and have all the parts blackened. They are quoting 4 to 6 months turn around on something like this right now. Not to mention hundreds of dollars they will charge me for the parts and work.
I just had the trigger and action done on the gun and the cylinder was the last part of the project. I have over $1K into this gun and all I have is a scandium frame with an excellent trigger. Really pissed off right now.
