Prices have easily doubled in three years and in some cases are almost treble. I got lucky just recently and traded into a mid 80's 27-2 in nickel for my HK 9mm and a Berreta 92fs. I valued my guns on the low end at 500 and 400 respectively and think I got the betterend of the trade.
