After not having both of my revolvers For 10 weeks, I finally got them back from my local gunsmith. The following work was done to each:
Model 65
Chamfered cylinders
Replaced 4" barrel with a 3" barrel
Had red ramp installed on the plain ramp
Smoothed the trigger edges

Model 686
Chamfered cylinders
Replaced 6" barrel with a 4" barrel
( When I got it back I installed a Wilson Combat spring kit, and it now has a 7.75 lb trigger pull in double action)
