I wear the Perry suspenders with a belt. I have used this method for years. I wear the suspenders under my knit shirt and living in Florida I don't wear an undershirt. I carry in an IWB Milt Sparks Summer Special holster. Occasionally someone will pat me on the back and feel the suspenders and ask if I am wearing a back brace. I just say no, I need suspenders to hold up my pants. They laugh and I laugh and I don't tell them the suspenders also hold up the gun in my waistband.
