I am afraid the new normal supply wise is unknown but you don't see any of the manufacturer's rushing to rectify the problem do you.
As far as the new normal price wise I have come to accept it for being .10 per round plus shipping on average, it makes life much easier than to grouse about something you can't control unless by doing so you elect to just not buy.
