To skeptics however what is reported to be used in Dirty Harry and Magnum Force doesn't man it's true.

Consequently, I took a screen shot from the bank robbery scene in Dirty Harry - You know, the one where he says "do you feel lucky?"

I blew the screen shot up and on the right side of the barrel you can clearly read ".44 MAGNUM"

Thus, they used a Model 29 not a Model 57.
