Not necessarily. Depends on a lot of facts, not the least of which is if there is anyone with standing and a damn to give. Had one in Spokanistan a couple years back, not prudent in my opinion, jury acquitted (and quickly). Might have been a good littering or criminal damage to occupied clothing, but still not prudent. Survivors of offender made a lot of noise about suing, but I'd bet not one plaintiff's lawyer cares or would be willing to waste their time. No real chance of prevailing, and the measure of damages is about $1.72.
