Default Kay Chuk

No Hornet dies to make the Kay Chuk dies! The brass has been shortened by .050". The best reloading dies are the ones made form the reamer that chambered the gun. When making the die you don't go in as far as you did on the chamber. Just buy a Hornady .224 short neck sizing die & a Hornady .224 bullet seating die. Your mod 10 frame might not work! Mod 10 cyl is 1.56" and the mod 48 cyl is 1.62".
I have an original sheet of reloading data that Jim Harvey used on the first Kay Chuks. He used .224 35gr Sisk bullets(long gone). I shoot the .224 35gr Hornady bullets(the one in the picture) and have had no problems. However, I have wondered how a 22 mag barrel would work in regards to accuracy? ! ? Email me your snail mail address and I will send you a couple fired brass. You'll need them to have the reamer made!
