The first thing I do on any newly purchased auto is disassembling it, a GI cleaning. Polishing the feed ramps if there not polished. I remove the blushing or nickel finish. I polish the ramp to a mirror finish. I do not change the angle of the feed ramp.

I have a dremel with a soft drum disk that fits perfectly in the ramp. I add some Simi chrome polish and go to work.
