The SCSW (Standard Catalog of Smith and Wesson) says:
Models: 64, 65
1976-1977 1D1 - 1D30000

The SCSW makes no mention of target stocks for this model. I think it would likely have come with "checked walnut service stocks with S&W medallions" as mentioned in the SCSW. Nonetheless the target stocks on yours look very nice.
