Default Long range six-gunning

I recently purchased a model 57-1 in .41 magnum with a 6" barrel and I have access to 200 yards at my range. At 50 yards it appears to still be shooting pretty flat and at 100 it looked to be around 6 or so inches low.

I prefer to shoot the Keith style by raising my front sight from the rear. Does anyone else shoot like this and have any idea how much sight should be raised at that distance?
