As mentioned I carry a 422 in a in pocket holster. I carry it in my left front pocket. I am very right handed. I live in a remote area on a large lake. It is also Copper head country. So with water moccasin trying to come on the dock with us and copper heads wanting to stay in the shade when I weed the yard I draw it several times a week and several more to inspect it and for cleaning. I usually take my time and spend time thinking about awareness so that a left handed draw although slow will be quick enough.

Well when I walked into a very large cotton mouths sleeping quarters and he was very unhappy about it.
