My local credit union was the answer for me.

They make all the decision here in my town and I can even pay the account there in person. They also handle LOCALLY any disputes, problems, questions, etc. ...... even called me a month or two ago about a potential fraud.

Much better service than a toll free number and chat with someone who barely speaks English.
