Visited church member at hospital. Then, went to the range. Shot one of the best scores I've ever fired... 248/250 w/ my little 18-2. Fired a 242/250 w/ 1911 .22 Conversion. Then... on to talk to the good folks behind the counter about the Ruger. Long story short... I offered $400 based on what had been suggested to me in this and another post. He said $450 OTD. I told him I'd think about it tonight. Got home... not good. My wife had gone to fix supper. Microwave is DRT. Replacement will be about $200 or so. Why does this stuff always happen at the end of the month? Oh Well. That's life! Sincerely. bruce.
