Welcome to the Forum. These posts illustrates how important a photo or two are in asking about vintage S&W revolvers. Too bad you did not post a picture of the gun, as it would have saved time and effort. I am not sure what additional information you are expecting, but the letter pretty much sums up the ID, history of the model, and specifics of your gun.
