What happened, exactly? And what was the source of the ammo? And did you notice anything abnormal in your last shot BEFORE the shot that did that damage?

It was shooting 38's great and on my first 357 round I heard a almost glass breaking sound when I shot. Immediately opened the cylinder to find the entrance of the barrel mushrooms and cracked. I hope enable to have somebody fix this somehow, someway.
