If you are looking for a system, Winchester offers their Train and Defend line. Both the premium jacketed hollow point and the inexpensive target ammunition are loaded to provide the same point of aim/point of impact along with identical recoil forces.

It is almost impossible to duplicate POA/POI and recoil of an unknown load.

Just go an buy a comparable weight projectile and be done with it.
