I sent in my 15-7 yesterday for repair work. The cylinder latch was loose even when the screw was tightened. As I fired the gun the problem would progressively get worse resulting in the latch almost falling off. I called and spoke to a rep and he said no problem I'll send you a free shipping label and we will take a look at it (he also offered to send the part but I'd rather them handle it.) ** note this is a police trade in and I am the second owner. Which I told him on the phone.. well just the second owner part. Will they fix my cylinder latch for free or charge me?? Please help. Any info is appreciated! Oh and BTW this is my first post to the forum!
