From what I understand, the HTP has pretty much replaced the old Express line. It always seems to be the same load as UMC you mention, a SJHP at 1450. But the Express/HTP are just are more premium blend. Usually nickel brass, low-flash poweders, and I think coated primers. I tend to use UMC as a range round, and the Express/HTP as both a range and SD load.
