Norma made some good hot ammo in its days. Their 158gr FMJ-SWC ammo in .38/.357 were some good penetrators and their .38 110JHP Norma Magnum load was quite hot for a .38Spl load!

Unfortunately their 10MM stuff was very erratic in the velocity department. Out of my 1066 some rounds had heavy recoil throwing a large fireball and then some were powderpuff loads, all out of the same 20 round box.
