I work with an agency one time that had an officer so overbearing, he bordered on being just right down mean.
He did a traffic stop on this kid and his body guard and he (the officer) proceeded to over-step to the point that a formal complain was filed.....The kid's grandfather, the then founder and CEO of the Dollar General Corp.
and did proceed to get that roughing's badge so to speak.
The moral, don't mis-treat folks rich or poor.
