I found mine is in fact the one on the left and can take a RAM.
They make two different models of the RAM as well ... one that is made for an M&P that Has the mag disconnect feature ... that RAM will keep that feature intact.
Then there is a second one as well that is made for an M&P that Does Not have the mag disconnect feature.
Mine does not so I had to get the RAM that is made for one that doesn't have that.
I placed my order one just now to install at the same time I install my new Flat Faced FSS Trigger Kit!
According to the girl at APEX if you can take the RAM to do so as when installing a lighter competition type trigger you tend to lose all audible and tactile reset ... the RAM will give back what you lose in moving to the Comp. trigger ... Plus the M&P Blows for reset anyway so it needs it regardless.
Anyway just sharing what I found for those in the future who may be curious about this and how to find out if you need it, if your M&P can actually take it and what one you need if so.
