for paper punching it really doesn't matter for carry Western Defend in 147 grain .. I use their Train rounds here at home shooting out back .. that's in the 9mm .. in my 40c I carry the Western Defend in 180 grain ..

Range I go to has Western White Box in both the 124 grain and 147 .. so will use both for target practice ..

On YouTube there are ammo results that simulate the FBI protocol of shooting in to ballistic Gel .. the series is called Ammo Quest .. he does several different calibers in different size barrels .. very interesting to watch ..

You may find the round your carrying is not as good as you thought !!
