Are you sure you don't mean IWB instead of OWB ??
I went to their website and the holster name you are referring to is an IWB holster made of suede.
If that's what you are talking about I would not worry about them. They are extremely durable. The photo here shows three. The one on the left (gray) was my Dad's and is 65 years old. The center one (brown) is mine that I Purchased in 1979. The light colored one on the right that I purchased about 15 years ago has never even been used! That's how long these things last!! They have gotten wet, sweated on, and used constantly - other than some wear marks not even a hole. I would just use it, enjoy it and NOT worry about it. They are much more durable than you wold think!
PS I did move the clip off the cylinder area on the old gray one - just in case you are wondering.
