I'm not familiar with that product. Is it just liability insurance, or one of those plans that pays for and sends you a lawyer specializing in self-defense shootings?

In any case, as Gamecock says, as life's risks go, shootings are rare, and before spending money on this, I'd make sure to be loaded on fire/flooding/tornado/general liability insurance; you're much more likely to need those.

Sorry if this is general, but again, given the rarity of shootings, you're unlikely to get a lot of responses here like "yeah, great product, used it twice already". It's more about theoretical peace of mind.
