I once owned the Tuskoid grip registered magnum as well. I found it in gunshop near Middletown NY. It was sold to me as a Pre-Model 27 for $800. It had late S&W Target grips on it from the 1980's or so. I resold it for about $1800 pre internet and pre the big run up in prices. I lettered it and Roy was very interested in it. It was shipped as 1 of 1 to Mexico City. Glad to see it again. I collect mainly Colt 1911's.
