Pick the one that you shoot better. I own both M&Ps and Glocks, my EDC is a Glock 19 only because it is more comfortable to me. I have tried to carry the M&P but it does not disappear as easily as the Glock on me. What is best for me may not be best for you. Go out and shoot the tar out of several different brands and models, find friends that own them and try them on. Or buy what someone else likes and try to make it fit you.
