WOW! This is being said by a person who has anything to do with gun ownership? This sounds more like an anti gun person infiltrating our forum. I mean, how the hell do you call the police on someone OC? If they choose OC or CC it is none of your business, If he was a bad guy, he would not have had a gun on his side like that.
