You didn't mntion whether it was Blazer brass or aluminum. Aluminum sometimes won't feed because the aluminum is so hard the rim gets stuck on the case below it. Brass is soft enough to work in the guns that experience this. When it happens, it sometimes looks like the bullet is diving into the feed ramp.
