First, carmakers tell you to use the oil that they used to get their official fuel mileage rating, not necessarily what is best for the engine.
Remember, they want it to last long enough for the warranty to expire and you to buy another one.

Second, I've never had any trouble stripping my Ruger MkII.
I've always called BS on that claim.

Third, I always thought the 2206 was ugly UNTIL I saw the 22 Victory and the 22A.
What in the hell are they (Smith) thinking?
Uglier than the new Star Wars blasters.
Compared to them, the 2206 is as beautiful as a 39, 41, or 52.
