With the correct 45 brass and die................
and RCBS lube and pad, their should not be any problems.....
even if you use Crisco.

Something must be out of spec...........
cold cases and minimum lube may cause a hard sizing but if the
brass is 70 degrees and has lube there should not be a problem.

Recheck everything.
