What do I like that is healthy? my meat of choice is pork.
And most any kind of seafood.
I MUST do this, my clothes are all getting too tight!

Nothing wrong with carbohydrates, just keep them in moderation and think more along the lines of a balanced diet.
For example for supper tomorrow we're planning fish, asparagus and a home baked whole wheat bread called bannock. That includes a coupla tablespoons of butter.
We share a beer and no dessert.
