I start the day with guzzling about 10-12 oz water, a few sips of 2% milk and sometimes a 16 oz "Kick Start" drink im kinda fond of. After workout--I immediately drink about another 6 oz water whether I need it or not? Then about 2&1/2 hours l;ater,
i enjoy a nice 16 cold cold diet Dt. Pepper-then drink a small cup of tea-=-unsweet. When I get home--another 10-12 oz cup a water with fiber added. For supper and the next few hrs--at least 30 oz water/tea/suger-free cool aid--whatever. Keeps me going nicely.
