You guys motivated me to get back with the program. I'll boost my walking goal from 7 measured miles average per day to 10, no beer until I weigh 190 pounds or Labor Day, no more than 1,600 calories per day from all sources. I'll also start logging my food. Writing down what you eat takes away the excuse of, I did not realize how much I was eating. By the way, I've walked 7.1 miles today for a total of 52.3 miles for the week ended today, and I took two rest days this week. Good luck to all.
