Eggs, toast and jam, skim milk, light yogurt, grapefruit, boneless skinless chicken breast, romaine lettuce, Italian dressing, 8 saltines, one flour tortilla, 1 tbs. fat free sour cream, 2 tbs. salsa verde, cajun spices, and two sour dill spears... 1610 calories. Besides the skim milk beverages are water and ice tea with no cal sweetener.
