I don't log my food. I just try to watch what I eat while trying to eat a balanced diet.
I do prefer to eat something with protein and carbohydrates as soon as I can after a rigorous workout.
I started doing that back when I usta ride my bicycle a lot. Seemed to help.
Today, I'm gonna go on a nice long hike in the mountains. On Monday my hike was cut short by a storm rolling in. Today my only limiting factor's me.
Well that and I need to get home in time to go with my wife to the Y for a good workout. Today's upper body.
