Look on eBay for round-butt K-frame grips. There are also grips designed to make a round butt into a square butt, i.e. square butt grips made to fit onto a round butt. The earlier grips on it would probably have some interest to others here or could be sold on eBay. That style was used during the approximate period 1912-20.
