The fascination of long range handgun shooting has not disappeared even though the sport of Metallic Silhouette is not so popular anymore. There will certainly be a new coming of long range big bore shooting in some form or another. I am actually thinking of setting up a small scale local shooting contest for big bore handgun owners.
