As the title asks, anyone have or knows of a RM shipped to the Pierce County, Washington Sheriff's Office?

Adding a pic. Under left stock: Harold Webb Pierce County Sheriff Office. I have a story this gun is out of Orting, Washington. Thats in Pierce County, Washington. Help me find history of this Officer please.
Update 2..Thanks to Detective Sergeant Portma of the Pierce County Sheriff's Dept. He has been found. HAROLD WEBB, the name in pencil on the stocks, worked for Pierce County Sheriff's Office in Washington. Ne record on start date, but he left in early 1950s only to return to be Chief Of Reserve Officers.
This gun was his service weapon and the weapon of the Chief Of Orting, Wa Police Dept as well. I now have pics of both.
