To start I'd buy a Lee Loader. RCBS is great as well. After you learn what you are doing get a better press but I've loaded thousands of rounds on a single stage press.

You can get your components on line or at your local sporting goods store. Cabellas or Bass Pro Shop will have all you need or try your friendly gun store.

Most important investment is a reloading manual. I like Lyman and Lee but have about 6 different manuals. Read them cover to cover for more than just the load data.

That should get you started in reloading.
