Does anyone know if there are "Craig Spegel-style" J-Frame grips made out of horn, stag or ivory, produced by ANYONE?

I know there are plenty of small S&W original-style grips by Grasshorn and others, but I'm looking for a grip that doesn't require the addition of a Tyler T-grip or similar adapter.
