I am not sure what old guys carry, I am only 52. I only carry revolvers. The high capacity is what does it for me, well depending on how many I am carrying. Plus all my ammo is 38 +P. All my glove boxes or consoles also have revolvers. Motorcycles, nightstand etc, J or K, light and heavy, new and old, blue, nickels, stainless, fixed, adjustable, fancy sights and half moons, rubber, wood, I don't care. They all shoot fast and straight and are a joy to carry.
