Default MBC, 180 grain hi-Tek coated lead

Hodgdon reloading data does not help much for this bullet in my 357 mag 20" Henry Big Boy. They only show the 180 NOS PART bullet with a starting load of 13 grains of H110 for 1324 fps. Do you think that would be a safe load for the above MBC bullet? (BH=18). I would be happy with 1300 fps, if safe.

Am I correct in thinking that the peak pressure would probably be less for the coated bullet than for the NOS PART bullet? Having less friction it should start moving quicker. BH=18 should limit bullet compression at 1300 fps.
