I have a 25-5 that I bought new in late 1979. It came with the wood presentation box and all the tools. The actual box that the revolver was in was a blue,two piece, with no markings or label, much like the one you have. I have to say that I have never seen a M19 in a presentation case, but if it did indeed come with one, then your blue box looks right to me.
